What is a Bushfire?

A bushfire is a fire that occurs in the bush. They are a hazard experienced in Australia and they have injured or killed many people. In the south east part of Autralia, bushfires occur mostly in Summer and Autumn. In the northern part of Australia, they occur mostly during April to September. The severity of the bushfires in the northern part of Australia is related to the seasonal weather patterns. South west Australia is fairly similiar to northern Australia as it's bushfires also occurs mostly in the dry seasons. The severity of the fire in south west Australia is related to seasonal growth though.
